As a former competitive gymnast, Rachel has built her practice around rehabilitation and prevention of injuries. Her treatments focus not only on hands-on treatment, but also empowering patients to incorporate movement as an important part of recovery.

Caitlin is the Co-Owner of Total Athletics: Training & Rehab, a Registered Massage Therapist and a professor of Massage Therapy at Humber College. She graduated with an advanced diploma of massage therapy in 2018, an OTA/PTA diploma in 2013 and is currently studying for a Bachelor of Health Science.
Caitlin has a focus in her practice in rehabilitation and injury prevention, TMJ & headache dysfunctions, as well pregnancy and post-natal along with additional training in conditions surrounding pregnancy and post partum athletes, and injury rehab for barbell athletes.
Caitlin believes that every assessment, treatment and self-care plan should be individualize, and is patient-centered in all aspects of her practice.
